Ruined with Alison Leiby and Halle Kiefer

This podcast is so much fun and done really well. I listen every Saturday and great way to experience these horror movies in a fun, playful way- without having to sit through hours (and seeing all the gore when you’re not up for it). Halle- kudos for perfectly balancing succinct yet detailed story telling and thumbs up to Allison for being a GREAT LISTENER (she’s a partner in your listening, asks good questions WITHOUT continually interrupting the storytelling flow). Really well done to you both and keep up the good work.

I love this podcast so much! The banter between them is so synonymous with how my cousin and I would talk about movies. I’m only into 2021 episodes (I’m on a slow burn) and I love how Alison went from hating the “Keep it spooky” tagline to fully embracing it. Small thing but now I love hearing her say it! Great job ladies and crew!

I’m working my way through every episode and I only have a few left, I’ll be sad when I only have one a week. I disagree with those saying the chit chat at the beginning is too much- the horror genre in based in trauma and politics are causing immense trauma to a lot of people right now. Film is also a great way to process. I love everything about this podcast and they get better at it every episode.

Back when I used to listen to this podcast, Alison and Halle would ask for spooky reviews. I don't know if they still do that. I haven't listened since I died.
