Brief Bites of Health

Dr. Joffrey collects experts in various health fields and provides an overview with directions within a 20-30 minute interview. He’s an excellent interviewer and explains complex concepts with analogies and he asks the questions I have as a listener. Excellent podcast!

Interesting content in an engaging format

As a follower and investor with WealthFormula for the last several years, I really appreciate the content of Sapio to help me enjoy a long, healthy life to go along with the healthy returns on my investments.
