How to close deals and generate leads in this market
First things first. It's not your fault that you are not closing deals. Well maybe. Seriously, there isn't enought inventory and home owners are staying put. Why sell when you can’t buy at the same interest rate. So you have a few options.
What is the motivation to get you to be a deal closer! motivation to action
patience --> what goes up come down
remain consistent --> keep working your sphere, neighborhood and farm on purpose -
or start building houses
you have to get up everyday on purpose. dual career or full time!
Do the work today! Procrastination will keep you from succeeding! no one can do the work for you
No clients, this weekend go preview new construction, go to open houses. You need to feel like you are in the business. Ask a friend to go with so you can practice the process
Set up a buyer consultation with a friend
set up a seller consultation witha friend - once Marc's renovation is finished we will do an in person listing appointment example.
Pick one thing and remain consistent
The agents that are consistent, create content that motivates someone to take action are the agents that will compete. Then you must ask for the business.How do you close deals and generate leads in this market? To get something you never had you have to do something you’ve never done ✔️ If you want to close deals you must work the business like it’s a real job

When I purchased my first home my REALTOR did a great job of explaining the process and i wanted to do just that, help those that needed guidance when purchasing their first home. Many don't know that purchasing a home there is a lot that happens behind the scenes. The hours of work and preparation is what a REALTOR does to make sure their clients reach their home buying goals and the American Dream. Agents work from every where to provide value to their clients. We are often researching market data, better ways to find homes when inventory is low and preparing for opening houses. In this market almost every seller wants an open house. It helps get as many people into the home when inventory is low. I try to make the process seem less and easy for our clients. How about you?
