    1 - Stop Overthinking & Learn the Subtle Art of Not Thinking

    Listen to learn more about overthinking, why it happens, how to gain awareness, and how to manage this tricky and somewhat invisible yet detrimental problem in someone's life.

    I spent my entire life overthinking everything. So much so, I didn't even know I was overthinking but felt I was just thinking normally, and being “being myself.”

    Today I understand, overthinking is a complex feedback loop, between identity, pain, and the psycho-social structures alongside your neurobiology that create your very thinking, before you even know what you are thinking to think.

    Especially for some of us, we have what I would call “viruses” embed into our thinking and mind software like social anxiety and other potential mental health issues.

So excited for what's next!

Only a couple episodes in, and I'm already SO stoked for the new direction of the podcast! I'm genuinely grateful for Mark's willingness to be open and honest about his journey to greater confidence.
