Gordon does an amazing job empowering and motivating his listeners to make the best decisions for their health…and to not engage in strategies that will undermine their best life! He breaks information down into easily understandable concepts…I bet that’s the engineer in him!

Great content, helping remove the excuses from my day

Gordon does a great job of breaking down concepts for healthy living into ways anyone should be able to follow. I’ve found this podcast helpful on getting me back on track in my health and fitness goals. I especially enjoyed the episode on how to keep on track over the holidays!
