Dayna Louvenia’s voice instantly creates a serene environment for her audience in which makes them feel comfortable to discuss intriguing yet taboo topics. Her direct focus is nourishing and assisting with aiding our Black & Brown community from the obstacles we face in life. Nothing is sugar coated, not even the fabulous guests she has on. Every episode drops gems that we should all take notes from. Can definitely relate this podcast to a virtual therapy session. I look forward to every new episode she releases! #Blackgirlmagic
