    #25 Our Future is Bright with Leaders like this. Why we "Gen Z" choose to serve and the People who influence them. Part 1

    This episode is about "Why we serve?"  It is a compilation of multiple conversations with a collection of People who have chosen to serve, who they are, and what influenced them.
    You'll hear from Cole Keck, Clay Cashman, Vincent Torres, Jesse Swinehart, Donald Neal, and Josh Knight.  Each brings a unique experience growing up and what led them to serve.

    This is the first part of several episodes to capture the stories and thoughts of Gen Z and what influences them.

    I'd love to get your feedback on the structure of this episode and future episodes where we share the rest of their stories.

Bemusedddddd ,

Great, grassroots leader development.

No more genuine leader than Matt Leclair! I’ve binged all of these podcasts and I appreciate the vulnerability of Matt, Trivius, and all guests. Keep these leaders coming- you don’t know how motivating it is to hear the stories of soldiers from such different backgrounds with a shared sacrifice to serve our nation.

Mustaine=GOD!!! ,

The Real Deal

Matt doesn’t fall for passing trends or the quick / easy solution. He has both the combination of hard work, sound judgement, and the ability to inspire elite teams.

If you’re looking for someone to follow / learn from, he’s an excellent choice. I can’t name someone who hasn’t benefitted from their leadership.
