Very enjoyable

This is a great glimpse into the lives of professional triathletes (and their friends). It is a fun mix of personal and triathlon, and I am excited for this crew. They are doing some good work in the triathlon world and by listening, you feel like you are right there with them.

Absolute must listen

Training for an Ironman can be pretty lonely sometimes. If you’re sick of listening to another podcast about how certain pros can hold 350 watts at 1.6mmol/L/dL/hr/banana give this a shot.

Paula, Eric and Nick have become the quintessential training partners on Thursdays/Sundays whenever they release a new content.

New triathlete

I started triathlon in Feb of this year and did my first IM 70.3 in October in Waco. I knew nothing about triathlon and was just looking for tips and tricks and started with episode 1 of this podcast. I became obsessed and have since now listened to every episode. I’ve learned so much and am so grateful for this group and the content they put out. The absolute best!!
