Seriously, this gives hope in the ACL journey!

Amazing podcast. Super informative and incredibly encouraging with practical applications and tangible tools. I had ACL surgery in March 2024 and this podcast was so encouraging and motivating. Unfortunately in my recovery, around month 5, I noticed loss of extension, loss of quad strength, clunking sounds and had reoccurrence of pain. I came across the episode on cyclops lesions and realized very quickly this might be my issue. I spoke with my amazing PT and he had already been thinking the same thing. I saw my doctor and had MRI and now I am one week post second surgery - I had a huge cyclops lesion removed (almost as large as a golf ball!) I already feel so much better and I’m so thankful this podcast gave words to my experience and situation. As I listened to this weeks episode, again it was spot on as I’m back to working on extension and getting that heel pop back! Seriously this podcast has been such a blessing in this long, hard recovery. Every week I feel like I’m not alone and I’m filled with hope to keep going. This podcast is a MUST for any ACLer or clinician!
The most helpful recourse I’ve found

This podcast has been so beyond helpful with my ACL journey! The format makes it so easy to information on really specific topics- I’ve tried googling a lot of my questions but never find the answers I’m looking for. Have implemented and shared a lot of what I have learned and I over all feel much more educated on the process. I definitely recommend listening to this while doing rehab exercises!
ACL/meniscus repair surgery/ 38 yr female

I found this podcast too late!! I had ACL reconstruction + meniscus repair 9 months ago— I had so many issues that just a few weeks ago I pushed my surgeon to do some tests and turns out my meniscus was still fully torn. I had a meniscectomy a couple weeks ago (they took out 40%) and I’m feeling so much better. I am an extremely active (HIIT classes 6x/week, 20-30k steps a day) 38 year old female and I wish I had found this podcast months ago! I think I would have known much earlier that something was off with my recovery and rehab. I am plowing through episodes that are applicable to me and love all of the practical tips that are given. I am looking forward to (hopefully) a full recovery back to all the active things I love and I know this will be helpful along the way!
So helpful!

We’ve never met, but Ravi is absolutely a part of my ACL recovery team. Being able to learn from someone so knowledgeable and passionate specifically about ACL recovery is so important. He answers the questions I didn’t know I had and makes me feel empowered to take charge of my own recovery.
