Grateful for this Podcast!

Just caught up with Episode 9 and it fired me up to keep studying and working hard on my passion which is movement and fitness! This podcast is very powerful and I’ll definitely be returning to episodes I’ve listened to for a second listen! Here are points of interest that spoke to me; Vivo Barefoot is greatness, care about the people you work with, food is fuel (take care of your energy systems), have integrity and value quality within your scope of practice, take care of your mind and heart, and hit the gym!!! I am excited to continue to listen to this show!
