Sound and helpful

I have a PhD in psychology and also started dealing with general and health anxiety at age 40. Drew’s work, including this podcast, is full of sound information that when learned can put you on the path to recovery. His work, along with that of Dr. Claire Weekes, is THE way to come to an understanding of anxiety and how to go about recovering. Thank you for this new podcast! It is great for those of us who no longer have time or interest in social media algorithms.
