Wonderful podcast

this is my new favorite podcast - i love how it looks at art from all perspectives. The guests are diverse and inspiring and the episodes flow beautifully. It changes my perception of what i consider to be art and how it surrounds us and impacts us all the time.

Inspiring!

Such a positive and inspiring podcast on the importance of arts in our lives and how it can benefit to our mental health.
Just listened to “Everyone is a dancer” and had multiple goosebumps throughout the audio. Having the background in dance I can relate so much to what was talked about. Dance is my savior. I started leading moving meditations for others because that was the major help for me to learn and understand about my emotions, feel grounded and secure in myself. Mind and Body connection is so so important. It’s all psychosomatic. We are having troubles mentally because many are so detached from their bodies. It’s important to connect more and feel our body.
