We chat with Simon Jarosz Chief Creative Otter at We Are Otter who has learned to fight fear and thrive. Through his own personal experience, we hear the story of how he has come to realise that fear is one of the biggest issues we face in our busy lives, including his battle with stage 4 (or 3 and a bit!) cancer. We talk about how fear causes stress, anxiety and for the body to be in a constant state of panic… in turn bringing on stressed, shortened breathing and over-production of cortisol. It’s an enlightening and grounding conversation of how he got to where he is today and how his story can help The Balance of Busy community.
