In this week's episode, Nick answers questions such as: what do people assume is easy for him but is actually difficult, how he's planning on raising his daughter, and if he feels like making money has changed him.

#142 - Nick Bare | Choose Your Hard
Nick begins by recapping the smashing success of BPN's 10th Birthday weekend. Thank you to all who came out for Athletic Club, our pop-up shop, and our VIP after-party! We had people fly in from Colorado, New Jersey, San Diego, even Amsterdam. Thank you!
Choosing Your Hard literally applies to every single person, because every person has difficult decisions to make throughout their day. Don't let your mind venture off into the extreme examples of "hard"; such as running a marathon, starting a business by yourself, or chipping away at student loans. Those definitely qualify, but bring it personal, as well. Choosing to read before bed instead of watching a TV show on Netflix, doing the dishes for your spouse when you come home from a long day, or being patient with the chaos of the first week of school.
Nick breaks down the mindset of Choosing Your Hard and the benefits that it brings to the longevity and sustainability of your life.

I just recently found BPN on YouTube and have become a huge fan of the message behind it. Everything Nick talks about really registers with me and has become part of my daily routine to listen to a podcast while doing my workout. Can’t wait to see what the future holds for him and this amazing company!
What I love about this podcast is how genuine and authentic it is. Discussing everything from fitness, to parenting, to being a better person, no topic is off limits. I love how I end up reflecting on my own situations, and get sent down different lines of thinking with every episode. I look forward to listening to new episodes on my morning runs.
