    Within this episode, I discuss how to deal with setbacks, whilst opening up about some of my own setbacks/struggles during recovery.



    I also discuss season 2 of my podcasts, which will be launching soon. Season 2 will be based on behaviour change. For my masters degree dissertation, I researched behaviour change in regards to the topic of adhering to nutritional guidance (in the form of action points). Season 2 will be highly educational and informative and will give you some food for thought as to how you may be able to change your behaviours.
