But first, let’s define PCOS. PCOS is a hormonal disorder characterized by irregular menstrual periods, excess androgen levels, and polycystic ovaries, where the ovaries have unripened and underdeveloped follicles forming around the outer edges.

Unfortunately, this scenario has a negative impact on a woman's reproductive health, influencing not just physical health but her emotional and mental well-being as well.

But there’s a plot twist you might be unaware of — it’s the fertility marker known as Anti-Müllerian Hormone (AMH). This hormone appears to play a pivotal role in the early diagnosis of PCOS and could be the game-changing blood marker you’ve been searching for. 🧬

PCOS is a challenge that affects dreams and families. But understanding the AMH connection isn’t just about diagnosis—it’s about hope, resilience, and breakthroughs that inspire. ✨

So, whether you're a seasoned healthcare provider or you are just starting out, this episode is for you. Join me as we navigate the complexities of PCOS together, building a community where knowledge is power and a source of inspiration. Let’s empower each other with understanding and action. 🌸

    In this episode you’ll hear:
👉 The role of AMH in identifying PCOS and its impact on fertility.
👉 How herbal remedies like white peony and licorice can reduce ovarian cysts.
👉 Practical steps to restore hormonal balance and improve fertility.

    Termination Legalities

    Termination Legalities

I remember sitting behind my desk in a big, empty office, feeling overwhelmed with the amount of work I had to do. As a solo practitioner, I knew I needed to hire help but the thought of adding the extra expense felt completely overwhelming. 🏤 I finally broke down and hired someone but she just couldn’t keep up so I not-so-professionally let her go.

And the next hire wasn’t much better. She definitely didn’t work out and I ended up firing her over text message while pulled over at a rest stop. Not my proudest moments. 🫣

So, I thought it fitting to share my own rollercoaster experiences of hiring and firing employees over the years, when I had no idea how to manage people to now when I’m able to approach these conversations as a true business owner, not just as "nice Ronda." 😅

Firing an employee can be one of the most daunting tasks for any business owner. Many of us avoid it, delay it, or handle it poorly because we don't want to be the bad guy or hurt someone's feelings. But you have to remember, your #1 job as a business owner is to protect the viability, profitability, and people in your business! ✊

When you are being inauthentic and dishonest to an employee that is just not the right fit, you will only end up creating more stress and tension for yourself and in addition, create an environment where your employee is not able to thrive in! 🫤

I know it can be hard. But I'm here to share my journey so you can avoid the same mistakes and find your path to becoming a compassionate yet effective leader. 🌟

Let's dive into the steps you need to take before, during, and after firing an employee, ensuring it's done respectfully and professionally. 💯

    In this episode you’ll hear:
👉 How to shift your mindset from being "the bad guy" to a responsible business owner.
👉The importance of documenting conversations and feedback.
👉How to approach the conversation with kindness and clarity.
👉Tips for maintaining a positive work environment even after letting someone go.

How EFT Transformed My Life and Business

How EFT Transformed My Life and Business

You’re motivated to help people, build a successful practice and your dreams are BIG (as they should be)! But something keeps holding you back. Maybe it’s fear of failure, feeling nervous about raising your prices, or even some old, pesky habits that aren’t serving you well. 🤷But there’s a little known technique that will help you transform your business (and improve your mental game) almost overnight. It’s called EFT!

EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique and it’s pretty much a miracle-worker when it comes to eliminating the invisible blocks or limiting beliefs that are keeping you stuck. And most of the time, they aren’t even true! We made them up based on a simple observation or past experience and now these beliefs are ruling our life!

These non supporting beliefs can drain your confidence, derail your progress, and keep you from achieving your big dreams. And when they run the show, even though they may be completely subconscious, it’s like driving your car with the parking brake on. No matter what you do, it feels like something is pushing back at you, preventing you from making progress in life or in business. 🛑

In this episode, my special guest, Nancy Linnerooth, a Harvard Law graduate turned therapist and now a master-level EFT expert, will share her own experience using this technique in her practice and now, using it to help business owners just like you and I.

So if you’re tired of working hard and feeling like you aren’t making progress, this conversation might be just the thing to help you get unstuck and start living your dream.

In this episode, we’ll talk about:
👉 How EFT can down-regulate the amygdala and reduce stress
👉 Real-life examples of EFT in action - and some incredible results
👉 How subconscious blocks (aka limiting beliefs) impact your business and personal life
👉 Practical steps to begin using EFT and start making your dreams a reality
