    "How do I get over the anger? I'm not an angry person. I try to do all these things and they dont work and im exhausted. "


    Understand that it's not about getting rid of anger but getting curious about why it’s there. Recognizing the underlying reasons can alleviate the exhaustion linked to misdirected efforts to simply suppress it.


    "I find myself being angry over everything my ex does or doesn't do and especially with the kids, like- kids come home and he didnt feed them so now i have to put something together real quick- and now im soooooo angry i can hardly stand it. Will this ever stop?"

    96. Your Journey Towards Freedom

    HAPPY 4th OF JULY!!

    This is one of my favorite holidays and as I know this is a time to celebrate our country's freedom, I love taking time to also celebrate the freedom that myself and so many women have also found in their healing journey.

    I am sharing one of my favorite poems called, " The Journey" written by Mary Oliver and breaking it down to how this poem resonates with my journey and so many women that I works with- the journey towards healing, the journey back towards you and the journey towards freedom.



    Here is the words to the poem:

    One day you finally knew
    What you had to do, and began,
    Though the voices around you
    Kept shouting
    Their bad advice‚
    Though the whole house
    Began to tremble
    And you felt the old tug
    At your ankles.
    “Mend my life!”
    Each voice cried.
    But you didn’t stop.
    You knew what you had to do,
    Though the wind pried
    With its stiff fingers
    At the very foundations‚
    Though their melancholy
    Was terrible.
    It was already late
    Enough, and a wild night,
    And the road full of fallen
