Jono Egan - Comeback Everesting
Jono Egan is an ultra endurance cyclist from Australia who has completed an incredible 138 Everestings. Jono appeared on episode 14 (titled ‘137 Everestings’), but unfortunately between the recording and publishing of that episode, he suffered a significant injury. Jono joins us to give us an update on his recovery (and yes, he’s completed another full Everesting) and gives us some insight into the physical and mental challenge of returning to form after a big setback.
