    We sat down with RN & IBCLC Therese Dansby to merge perhaps one of the most important combinations for motherhood: metabolic health + breastfeeding. In a culture where there seems to be two sides yelling "breast is best!" or "fed is best!," we're here to say that perhaps "nourished & supported breastfeeding is best." The hard truth is that breastmilk nutrition does not stay fixed. The nutrition of your breastmilk is absolutely determined by your own nourishment as a mom. So that does that mean we're saying to outsource to formula to ensure that baby is getting what baby needs? Absolutely not! We're saying that moms. need. NOURISHMENT. Mind-Blowing, life-changing, body and soul healing!

This podcast is by far the most pivotal source of information in my life right now. Divinely introduced to me at a monumental time in my life. The myth busting, bad habit shattering, perspective changing topics seriously have made me a better mother, but more importantly more respectful, understanding, encouraged, and empowered woman. I feel stronger to confront ideologies that my gut says are not right and to take on harder but way more rewarding principles in my home and lifestyle. So so thankful for Kori and Fallon and their faith and strength!
