Great job get so really important info out
Great call on interviewing Ben Bruno one of my favorite “tell it to me straight” personal trainers. I’m so glad I found this podcast, and I’ll definitely be recommending it to my more curious clients.
Jennifer cohen
I normally love your podcasts but the one with Jenny cohen was awful. What a waste of time to listen to her flirt. No real information in there.
AD Simulator
How many ads can you pack into an episode my god lol. The “health” products being advertised are questionable too…makes everything you say less credible….stick to his book unless you like love a AD sim
