    In order to understand why you are stuck at your weight - which you say you hate - you first have to understand why you made yourself weigh what you do. hint- it's not the food. Food didn't make you weigh what you do. You did!! all by yourself.So why would you do something as foolish as making yourself weigh too much? The answer is that you couldn't help it. Really!! Emotionally it was more important to you to keep putting food in your mouth than it was to weigh less. Really.You weigh what you weigh because it is a weight that enables you to continue to put lots of food in your mouth and have a stable weight. If you had a greater need to put food in your mouth you would do so and weigh more. It's that simple.Diets will never, ever, enable you to permanently weigh less than you do because they are premised on reducing or changing the amount or type of food that you need emotionally. That is emotional deprivation and will never last very long.In order to weigh less permanently or choose what you want to weigh you have to eliminate your emotional need for food. Your ENF. It's really simple and it's FREE!!

    You hate what you weigh but are unable to weigh less. Why is that? It's because every time you feel bad or want to feel better or don't get enough affection, love or other emotions you value you put food in your mouth. Your weight is determined by the amount of food you put in your mouth to satisfy those needs. Weighing 10 pounds less should be very simple. Just don't put as much food in your mouth. But you can't do that because it would deprive you of the foods that you depend on emotionally. That's called EMOTIONAL DEPRIVATION!! And it will never last. That's why "dieting" is a colossal waste of time - and money. Because it's based on emotional deprivation. You simply have to understand -  and feel - this concept to no longer need to put food in your mouth to satisfy your emotional needs. It is really that simple - and it's free.

Just don't put so much food in your mouth. But you can't stop. Don't worry. Neither can anyone else. That's why millions of people weigh too much.YOUR WEIGHT IS NOT YOUR PROBLEM. It is only a symptom of your problem!! Your problem is that you depend on food to make you feel better or stop from feeling bad. YOUR PROBLEM IS THAT YOU ARE TRYING TO SATISFY YOUR EMOTIONAL NEEDS WITH FOOD. Food never solves a thing. It just makes you overweight or fat. Learn how to stop using food to satisfy your emotional needs. Then you can weigh whatever you want. REALLY!! And it's all free. No need to pay anyone anything.

    You are unable to weigh less permanently because you are trying to satisfy your emotional needs by putting more food in your mouth than you need for nourishment. YOU MADE YOURSELF OVERWEIGHT OR FAT! You knew that you were gaining lots of weight that you didn't want to gain but it was more important - emotionally-  for you to put all that food in your mouth than it was to weigh less. Really!It's that simple. So when someone tells you that you should put less food or different foods in your mouth you are unable to do that for any length of time. That is just a diet and diets are a colossal waste of time and money because you need all that food in your mouth - and the foods that make you feel good or stop you from feeling bad- more than you want to weigh less. SO, THE REALITY IS THAT ALL DIETS ARE BASED ON EMOTIONAL DEPRIVATION!!!!  You will never emotionally deprive yourself of things you need to feel good or stop from feeling bad.So in order to weigh less, permanently, is to learn how to eliminate that emotional need for food that is keeping you captive - and weighing too much. The first thing is to tell yourself the truth about why you made yourself overweight or fat. Once you understand that the rest is easy.     So, here you are overweight or fat and are desperate to weigh less. You have been on diets and maybe your weight went down for a while. But then you gained back the weight you thought you had "lost". WHY WOULD YOU DO SOMETHING THAT STUPID?? Why gain weight that you tried to hard to "lose"?
    Because, believe it or not, you felt emotionally comfortable at the weight you say you hate. After all, you put enough food in your mouth to get to that weight! You did that on purpose. You could have weighed more or less but you chose that weight because you felt emotionally comfortable at that weight. It wasn't the food. It was you- just you. Nobody forced you to gain weight. You did it because you needed the food in your mouth to make you feel better or stop from feeling bad. It was more important to put all that food in your mouth than it was to weigh less. That is your - and everyone's - problem. It's that simple.
    Until you learn how to eliminate your emotional need for food you will always weigh what you hate to weigh. AND IT'S FREE. REALLY.

"If you're "fat" or "overweight", which since you're listening to this podcast, you probably are."
How presumptuous, sir.
Some empathy would help here.
Also, perspective. Some people can be five pounds "overweight" and lead a very fulfilling, world-changing life.

Very repetitive, no solution given!

I've listened to the first 20 episodes, several of which were duplicates though they had different titles. He keeps saying diets don't work, it just treats a symptom, we won't succeed due to our emotional need for food. He says the weight loss industry only wants our money and he doesn't, just keep listening and he's going to show us how to eliminate our emotional need for food ... But after 20 episodes i'm still waiting for him to tell me how, he just keeps repeating what he's already said and saying keep listening for the answer that never comes. Maybe we have to give him money after all and buy his book because he's not telling us here.
