Heart strong podcast make your heart grow

I’ve listens to several episodes and always been inspired by Jess’ posts
But really enjoyed her recent episode #56 about being a caregiver

Her story is unimaginable and as a mom it’s particularly heart breaking but her words her real life attitude her mission and the journey she shares is somehow only uplifting.

We all know life is short but that thought is often shoved aside with the have tos that are sometimes legit and sometimes laughable. She makes you not only want to live more and stress less it makes you want to give more and it’s what this world needs.

She has taken this unfashionable challenge as a gift and I love the 4 question take away. Sharing the episode and takeaways with my adult kids

Thank you for giving a gift when life seems so unfair.
