Great Hair Industry Podcast !!
I’ve been looking for a new Hair industry Podcast, I’m a Goldwell Master Colorist at a Extremely Busy High End “Commission” Salon ..I’ve always Known that I was working at a place that was bending the laws but I figured the industry was so riddled with labor violations it was par for the game .. To hear about you Salon and realize that there’s Actually Owners out there who run a Fair and legal Commission Salon .. Makes me wonder Home much I’ve been holding myself back .. I wish there was more regulation in the industry.. If I told you what was going on you would be appalled.. however everyone acts like it normal
