Wow wow!! So uplifting but also real, vulnerable, & deep! I’ve never been the biggest podcaster person, but started listening to her episodes on the way to work and just got sucked in!! A mix of fun, but real life, down to earth discussions with a diverse selection of guests. Highly recommend!!!

Don’t know how this girl has not blown up yet! Her mix of vulnerability, relatability, and humor is so refreshing. She doesn’t take herself too seriously, even if the topics in discussion are exactly that. This is a podcast you need to listen and share with your friends. It’s opened up so much great dialogue and conversation about things that are so important to me and so many other young women our age. Just take a listen, you won’t be disappointed.

After pod swapping recently and having the most incredible conversations with Liz, I was like - I need to check out this girls podcast. Within one episode (about romancing yourself) I was hooked. By the end of the first guest episode with Sarah & Audrey? I was obsessed. Liz is a phenomenal interviewer but she also brings so much fun energy into her solo episodes. Just as importantly, and equally impressive - she also has the capacity to get really deep about serious topics she is passionate about like mental health, anxiety, self love, self care and everything in between. I love this pod, it was an honor to be part of it, and I very much look forward to not only have our pod swap be released, but also to seeing this podcast grow!!
