Tranformation at its finest and most fun!

Thank you for producing a podcast with such clear & simple instructions on how to access and work with the subconscious mind. I've subscribed to podcasts that talk about transformation and provide external steps, but yours is the first one that cuts to the heart of the matter; true & lasting transformation can only come from the inside out. I'm already seeing positive results from directing my "sleep time" conscious mind. Easy to do, too. Simply brilliant!!!
