    Today I wanted to discuss my experience with my first and last body building show I did back in 2019!
    I competed in a federation called Pure Elite in the fitness model category (turns out I was too big for this at 90kg stage weight lol). I thought looking back and reflecting on it recently, sharing my overall experience may be interesting!
    There was defintely both highs and lows of this experience (more lows if I'm honest..). I’m not knocking competing, just giving my honest opinion on the topic.
