Amazing, insightful podcast!

Thoroughly enjoyed listening to this episode. Lisa is well spoken and extremely talented in the world of linguistics. Looking forward to more podcasts. Appreciated the conversation about how to be a better leader and navigating the world of alpha males whilst being a woman! 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting to learn more about linguistics.

Deep dive on important issues

Lisa’s podcast with Deb Tannen was spot on. She managed to focus on the highlights of Dr Tannen’s years of linguistic field work, while simultaneously tying it to modern day issues of women speaking to Alpha males or struggling with the double bind of attempting to be a good woman while also being a good leader. Very insightful! I look forward to her future podcasts.
