Thanks for making me feel “relaxed” about what I’m doing thru my postpartum journey. I’m not alone with the anxiety and just hearing reassurances that my hormones are up and down just like other moms! I love the reminders of myths and social norms that just aren’t true! and a reminder of accepting help and just being kind to myself is important in the relationships of others.
