Listen and LEARN…and be encouraged

Shanti Das continues to put out such helpful content to educate people about the importance of health and wellness in communities of color. Her gentle conversations with Hip Hop royalty are not only interesting and entertaining but also informative and potentially life saving. She brings in medical and other health care professionals for an added validity to her efforts. As a mental health provider, I look forward to hearing episode. Thank you, Shanti.

I found this show and was intrigued about the subject matter. Being an 80’s/90’s music head this blend of artists who are now in my age bracket and health/wellness is great. Very accessible and Shanti’s style is authentic. Give it a listen!!
