Great info
Eric has done a fantastic job putting this podcast together. It’s evident that he’s put a lot of blood sweat and tears into this project. Definitely recommend giving it a listen!
Great content and focus
Eric is doing something great by focusing on groups of people with full-time jobs, that are focused on establishing the side hustle. Real estate is an ideal way to do this and the more guests he adds that have done it while maintaining a W2 job, the broader that message can spread. I hope folks listen because REI is a path to financial freedom without needing to put in 40 hours/week doing it.
