Eric is doing something great by focusing on groups of people with full-time jobs, that are focused on establishing the side hustle. Real estate is an ideal way to do this and the more guests he adds that have done it while maintaining a W2 job, the broader that message can spread. I hope folks listen because REI is a path to financial freedom without needing to put in 40 hours/week doing it.

I was able to be a guest on this podcast and share my expirence in real estate, where I started wholesaling while I was in college. This is an amazing podcast for people looking to get started in real estate and learn more about real estate investing and syndication. If you are an active real estate investor already this is a great place to connect and be able to talk and learn from other successful investors in the industry to continue to grow your portfolio.
