A God Who Hates, Weeps, and Loves: A Theology of Emotions—David T. Lamb

A God Who Hates, Weeps, and Loves: A Theology of Emotions—David T. Lamb

The God of the Bible is emotional. Many Christians don't want to associate emotions with God. Emotions feel irrational, and the idea of God experiencing hate, anger, and jealousy can be confusing and problematic. And yet the Bible is full of stories where God expresses deep emotion. Does God feel, and what is the place of feelings in the Christian life? Join Shane and Biblical scholar David T. Lamb as they explore a theology of emotions.

🤯 eye opening.

This podcast is eye opening. It is not for the weak of heart or resolve. It will address real topics and hit your heart true and hard at times.

The interviews and topic you all approach are truly needed within our culture and society. Not just for “secular” culture to know but for “Christian” culture to understand how to truly approach these topics and how to have these conversations.

Thank you for this! The interviews, the topic, Proven Men, and for your work!
