Hey girl! I’m Erica Jones and the host of The Natural Modern Woman podcast and I am so happy you’re here. I’m a natural living expert, adrenal fatigue survivor, CEO of Elevays.com, and a happily married mama of 4. I’m on a mission to live my best life, and my goal is to help you live yours too.
Many years ago, I was running on empty and 6-piece McNuggets. With a Sprite in hand, I was burnt out and breaking out.
It wasn’t until I met my husband - who is also a functional health doctor - that things started to turn around. I went from picking up fast food almost every night and never slowing down, to connecting with my intuition and prioritizing my health.
Now, I help women with adrenal fatigue and hormone imbalances feel like themselves again through natural lifestyle tips and supportive superfood blends.
In each episode, you can expect a ton of inspiration and practical tips for living your best life, naturally. We’re talking about how to overcome adrenal fatigue, reduce stress, massively upgrade your energy, balance your hormones and radiate beauty.
