Epi. 257 Why Do Empaths Feel So Empty Inside?

Epi. 257 Why Do Empaths Feel So Empty Inside?

Ever wondered why you feel so drained after helping someone? Tired of riding those waves of emotion and energy constantly hitting you? In this episode I will go over some helpful tips for Empath. I also talk about my own issues I used to face leaving me feeling empty.

Empaths often feel empty inside because they absorb others' emotions and energies so intensely. This heightened sensitivity lets them deeply understand and connect with people, but it can also lead to emotional overload and burnout. Prioritizing others' needs above their own often means empaths neglect self-care, leaving them feeling drained and disconnected from their own emotions.

The boundary between their own feelings and those of others can blur, causing confusion and internal conflict. This constant emotional barrage makes it hard for empaths to find time and space to process their own experiences and emotions. Without strong personal boundaries, they can end up in a chronic state of overstimulation and stress.

These days, it seems like everyone has an opinion. In this episode, I discuss the importance of putting your work first and refusing to listen to other people. Dealing with our prior traumas causes us enough stress and anxiety. Just remember that nothing will matter in the future and that everything is temporary. Simply maintain your focus, one day at a time. You cut them off and move on if they don't agree with you. The real change begins when you stop caring what other people think.

RedboneMama ,

Raj is the BEST!

Raj I just want you to know that I have been listening for awhile now and as an empath who feels so alone in this world. There are some of my low.l, low days that you are the light in my world to remind me to shine my light! I feel so grateful for you and this podcast and I hope you keep going. I also recently was involved with another narcissist even during this beautiful spiritual journey and I am grateful as it showed me my own patterns of behavior, how big and open my heart is and put me in this beautiful place within myself that made me realize those patterns no longer serve me. I’m just so grateful for you and your light and wanted you to know. Please know your podcast has had a deep impact on me! Thank you. Thank you. Much love and light.
