I’ve learned so much, and more importantly it’s helped me feel better, and more supported. The focus on how to live well now is so important. Please keep 'em coming! Thank you for your outstanding work.

Great podcast!

I am so thankful to have found this podcast! I drive anywhere from 400 to 800 miles every week and I’m thrilled to have found something that is more applicable to my current condition. I was diagnosed with YOPD in 2014 at the age of 36. Thanks for putting this together and keep going! #Grit #KeepMoving #NeverGiveUp
