Great Pre Gym Listening

I often listen to this podcast on the way to the gym. I love hearing recaps from the awesome lifters but also some other perspectives as I am fairly new to powerlifting. I’m learning a lot and you also had my coach on at some point! Keep it up!

A Great Listen

This is such a wonderful way to dip your toe into the world of powerlifting. Solana (and Kristin) have great rapport. Whether it’s just the two of them or an interview, the conversations flow well without feeling like your a 3rd wheel listening in on two people talk in circles for hours. Each episode conversation is crafted with intention without feeling stilted or scripted. Love it!
