Easy things that can be started today to help improve mental health. Thank you Dr. Jen for addressing mental health, bringing it out to talk about openly and not hiding it away in a box.
Psychiatrist here to sing Dr. Jen’s praises!
I cannot say enough GREAT about Dr. Jen! As her colleague of a decade, with me working on the medical side & her on the psychosocial side of treating copious, mutual patients, I can speak firsthand regarding her excellence! She is direct, knowledgeable, compassionate, that empathetic witness that we all need, yet the voice of reason and professional objectivity that we all cannot be for ourselves! If you don’t come away a more informed, enlightened person, your volume must be on mute! Because she is undeniably helpful, in so many ways! I can’t wait to see what she offers next! Access to her via this medium is truly a blessing to all who will discover it!💜
