    When attempting to please others takes precedence over your wellbeing and quality of life, then chances are you’ve developed a habit of being a “people pleaser”.

    This goes beyond just simply being a “nice” person, this has now become a behavior that involves revising your authenticity for the sake of others.

    Overtime, this constant need to please people becomes a self-sacrificing nature that results in things such as jeopardizing the deepest parts of yourself, resentment, stress, burnout, and damaging any relationships.

    Ghosting occurs when someone you're seeing all of sudden disappears without any form of communication.  They won't respond to your texts, emails, or phone calls. This can bring a wave of emotions such as rejection, confusion, and constant questioning of oneself.

A Gifted Teacher & Healer

Coach Tonya allows her inner Source coupled with her wisdom and straightforward communication style do the service to others. I was a member of her 12 weeks THRIVE cohort and through much prayer, listening to her lessons and doing the work that she strongly motivated us to complete my mindset and my life have changed after the difficult interruptions caused by the divorce.
