    Your nervous system is fried and the excess cortisol in your system is making it hard for your body to feel safe to release excess weight.
    You’re carrying emotional weight and baggage from years of stress, surpassed emotions and stored trauma.

    You might not be eating enough food for your body and that’s creating added stress in your system.

    I dive into why signs like this are showing up:

A health podcast that shares real wellness tips for the everyday person

My new favorite podcast! I am so happy to finally find a health and wellness podcast that shares practical tips that I can implement into my daily life. I took a lot of notes. I had no idea that beauty products have toxins or that seed oils are unhealthy. I’m definitely going to start reading my labels and making healthier choices. I love that the host is a nutritionist who interviews other qualified guests discussing a wide range of topics. It makes it very interesting. I am looking forward to more episodes, especially while getting ready in the morning. A great way to start my day, healthy and motivated.
