Unwanted guests-need for calm
Hello Katie-
Listening to your calming episode today actually made me chuckle this morning because of the shared experience with unwanted guests. Do not fret….they will leave. I had them in my attic in a brand new home, so believe me it has nothing to do with cleanliness!
BTW….I have been enchanted with your podcast as it brings me to a space each time to where I can center, connect with my mind and make actual change to how I handle each task on the daily. Even those small things that would creep in and cause physical stress and unwanted anxiety has been decreased a significant amount.
I have been able to channel my energy to where I do not depend on anti-anxiety medication. This has been a life saver-TRULY! TY!
