Great podcast
Shane is very insightful and his podcast reflects that. He explains things in terms that anyone can relate to. I have PTSD and his podcasts help me manage my anxiety and fears. In particular I often listen to his how to meditate podcast when I am having anxiety issues. This podcast will benefit anyone even those without issues such as mine. Check it out!
