Welcome to the Tea on Trauma podcast, where we will talk about developing a positive and uplifting mindset! After struggling with depression for years, I had made peace with the idea of being unhappy my whole life. However, when I was attacked by a stranger in my boyfriend's apartment building, I thought my life had hit a new low. I cried everyday for months and thought that my life and future were hopeless. Two years later and I am the happiest and most positive I have ever been. I am so thankful for all of my traumas and experiences! Which is why I am here to share with you all the things I have learned that have helped me transform my mindset. This podcast is meant to give you that sip of positive energy and serve as a remainder that you are worthy and capable of changing your mindset and living your best life!

Life Changing 💕

I can’t say enough great things about this podcast... Jackie makes each episode feel like a comforting hug and says things I didn’t even know I needed to hear. Her honesty is truly what carries the podcast, and her journey through an attack/finding self love is so inspiring. I can’t wait to see where this podcast keeps going, it makes me smile and releases anxiety every time 🥰

Therapeutic, honestly

How insanely vulnerable and brave Jackie is throughout this podcast is astounding. It’s amazing to hear her talk about her own struggles and how she overcame them. Shame is usually so attached to speaking about your trauma and Jackie has a way of just making the topic feel warm. It’s awesome to talk about your trauma and what helps you heal. I totally recommend this podcast to anyone who wants to look deeper into themselves through the lens of Jackie’s podcast.
