Oversimplification!

If you're in the mood to hear wishy-washy, nonspecific and oversimplified rambling on how to change your situation in life, this podcast is for you!

The information shared was somewhat common and the audio quality was poor. I like the concept but didn't want to strain to hear the audio. Sorry but I stopped the Podcast at the 5 min mark.

I'm a business owver and always looking for relaxation approaches, this actually relaxes you but then recharges you, not leaving you tired. I enjoy listening to on the weekend or right as my day starts. Soothing narration, well written! Keep up the episodes.
