Thank you, ✅

The first pod cast I have ever listened to is yours! Specifically about mental health. I struggle with addiction (alcohol). Your testimony about your sobriety made me cry, I fell apart. (Facebook article?) Shortly after My wife asked me to grab some beer for myself, I sobbed in our driveway and shared your testimony. I was dry for about 3 months, until… she started bragging about my sobriety… I was embarrassed. I struggled with this episode for the fact that life isn’t so clean and positive. My wife was so proud of my sobriety. She couldn’t quit talking about it! I completely understand the positivity of life moving forward but ignoring the negativity almost alienates a bunch of folks, I’d suggest that at least an opposing view for parity. Acknowledging the trauma and how not was resolved may be negative, and doesn’t always include an positive affirmation.
