    Welcome to our first interview were we bring you an awesome lady who is changing the world with women's hormones.

    Mel Kovacevic is the founder and visionary behind The Seed Cycle. She’s also a Functional Nutrition Consultant and a Certified Clinical EFT Practitioner. As a mum of two beautiful babies, Mel knows first-hand that being a woman can be just as challenging as it is rewarding. Her own journey with health began after trying every diet under the sun to manage her weight, to no avail.Determined to end this war with her body once and for all, Mel set out to find an approach that was sustainable in the long term. This led her to commence nutrition study studies as a hobby. The more she learned, the more her perspective shifted.As her mind and body transformed, nutrition and health quickly became far more than just a hobby for Mel. It became her passion and career. Since starting her EFT and functional nutrition clinic, Mel has helped hundreds of clients release limiting beliefs and mental blocks and find optimal health and happiness. Now, she’s expanding her mission to help them restore their hormone health, too.
