Invaluable advice and information

I’m an RN student about to enter an ICU preceptorship. This podcast has been so valuable in terms of what to expect and how to advocate for my education. I’ve passed it on to everyone in my cohort. Michael gives an intelligent and interesting perspective that is yet to be matched in any other nursing podcast I’ve heard. Thank you so much for making this.

I am a University physician. The advice Michael is giving here is invaluable. This is from inside the world of critical care and the type of insight that will make new ICU nurses successful. Even physicians could learn some things from this podcast about communication and teamwork!
