A true anti-diet dietitian!!!

Claire is truly an anti-diet dietitian! It’s so nice and refreshing to have someone like Claire when you feel like you’re the only one questioning all the diet culture around you. When I struggle, I put on a podcast and remind myself to listen to my body instead of the toxic information portrayed everywhere else.

Finally real nutrition podcast without underlying diet themes

Claire is the first dietitian that covers the concept of IE I have found relatable! She breaks down concepts and topics covered week to week for all types of people and I never stop listening feeling guilty of bad for what I have been doing. I have tried some other IE/body love podcasts and I feel that a slight diet culture method sneaks in or there are not practical tools to maintain your IE journey in everyday life but not with Claire!
Thank you for using your platform and degree to breakdown diet culture and make it relatable to so many!

Genuine and real

Love Claire’s honesty and positive attitude! I feel like I can see her smiling as I listen, but her podcast is more than just her friendliness. She uses great analogies for the struggles of ditching diet culture, and her episodes have given me the encouragement to keep pushing through the early stages of IE. Would definitely recommend!
