#006 Understanding Your Triggers with Kelly Ruta Brave Visibility

    • Health & Fitness

In this episode, we interview Kelly Ruta, psychotherapist turned coach, speaker and trainer for disruptive women with the audacity to believe they can change the whole world via their voices and their work.  As someone who sat both in the therapist's chair and on the therapist's couch, Kelly personally and professionally understands the importance of doing the inner work to remove every perceived obstacle you have so you can tap into your true limitless nature and do impactful work while enjoying an abundant life.
Isolation and disconnection due to anxiety and depression are really problematic and when not addressed and can hold people back from being the most honest version of themselves in the world and at worst can lead to things like violence and suicide.
Anxiety is worrying about something that hasn’t happened yet and we discussed how you can change that inner dialogue with yourself to calm the anxiety. We talked about how you can understand your triggers and when it’s time to get therapy.
When you start sharing your stories more openly online sometimes there are nay-sayers or negative family or friends who don’t approve of the type of content you are posting online. In this episode we talk about how to deal with these negative people so you can continue to express your truest selves online.
Keep on listening if you are ready to learn why fearlessness is BS.
