Healing for the spirit
I came across this podcast and was surprised at how powerful it is. I’ve listened to a few episodes and each are a bit different but the connecting theme is the simplicity. The podcast host has a soothing and grounded voice. The pacing of the affirmations is slow and intentional with each affirmation easy to follow. I’ve listened to it while trying to fall asleep but I’ve also listened to it on my walks, cleaning and even while working. A beautiful podcast, and I’m always looking forward to the next episode!
