Customer Reviews
Perfect. Real. Funny. Informative.
Truly feel like each episode is girl talk with my best friend. Love that I can listen to an episode on a short drive and be entertained. Shanna does a great job of making everything engaging. Also puts her heart and soul out there for us to connect with. Love the show! Give her a follow.
Relatable & Insightful
I have been following Shanna on Instagram for a couple years now and have always enjoyed her content, but I just recently started tuning into the WellnessfortheWin podcasts about a month ago. I have never been a “podcast person”, but her shows have changed that! The content is interesting, down to earth, and entertaining. Especially for a fellow Midwestern gal like myself in a similar season of life - building a career, raising a family, and prioritizing my health & wellness. I love the mix of solo episodes + guests on the show. Everyone who comes on the show is an expert on their topic of discussion, which I really appreciate. Shanna keeps it real, which can be challenging to find on social media in this day & age! Certainly worth the listen.

Honestly the best mix of content- some fun, some educational, some with guests/some solo which keeps things interesting. Perfect blend of wellness, mom content and lifestyle! Honestly just so relatable and one of my favorite podcasts! 💗
